East Final Fantasy 7 remake finally coming to Xbox consoles? The remake was released in 2020 via PS4 and PS4 only. This year, it has finally arrived on PS5, but nothing else. There have been rumors, rumbles and leaks suggesting that the remake is coming not only to Xbox consoles, but also to PC. That said, none of those rumors, rumors and leaks have come up, but that could finally change.
This week the official Xbox China account included Final Fantasy 7 remake in the thread of a now-deleted tweet featuring the Xbox 20th anniversary event next month. In other words, speculation now is that the remake will be announced for Xbox consoles next month, and probably for PC as well.
As you might expect, none of the parties involved – Xbox and Square Enix, nor anyone from the game’s development team – has commented on this tweet and the speculation it has created. Of course, it could be nothing more than an honest mistake, but right now, a lot Final fantasy fans don’t buy this excuse.
Apparently, Xbox China posted an option for FF7 Remake in the thread, then deleted the tweet. #Xbox

As mentioned, this is not the first time that the possibility of Final Fantasy 7 remake coming to Xbox consoles has been tossed about. In September 2020, Target literally listed the game for Xbox One. That said, for now, take everything here with a grain of salt. We’ll be sure to keep the post updated as the situation unfolds, but for now it’s all nothing more than speculation.
