Here’s 15 minutes of Elden Ring VR mod gameplay

May 8, 2022: We now have 15 minutes of Elden Ring VR mod gameplay.

Last month, an Elden Ring VR mod was teased by a modder responsible for similar Cyberpunk 2077 and Red Dead Redemption 2 VR mods, suggesting a whole new terrifying way to play one of the best RPGs on PC – not to mention… eventual Elden Ring first. -person mod implications. We now have a decent look at the VR mod in action.

There are already plenty of great VR games on PC, but aside from Skyrim VR, there aren’t too many open-world games available to VR fans. Modder Luke Ross has already created mods to make Red Dead 2, GTA 5, Cyberpunk 2077, and even No-One Lives Forever 2 playable in VR, and they’ve now set their sights on Elden Ring.

After previously showing what Ross calls a “previewof the mod, we now have a full 15 minutes of Elden Ring VR mod gameplay courtesy of Upload VR, who also posted a practical overview.

Apparently the mod also has other camera options and even a “tourist mode” where enemies don’t attack, if you just want to explore the Lands Between in VR. Check out the full gameplay video below and watch as the player foolishly tries to take on the Tree Sentinel.

Seeing the Sentinel Charge Me in VR is easy enough to land it in our list of the best VR horror games on PC, which you can check out at this link.
