To unlock the Fenrir mount in FFXIV, players need to save a considerable amount of MGP, which can be quickly farmed through a few in-game activities.
Fenrir, the monstrous wolf from Norse mythology, makes an appearance in Final Fantasy XIV as the final boss of the Snowcloak dungeon, and also as a magnificent mountable mount. Although there are other rare wolf mounts, such as the Kamuy collection, in Final Fantasy XIV, Fenrir comes as a unique standalone mount that can only be unlocked with MGP or Manderville Gold Saucer Points. MGP is the exclusive special currency of Gold Saucer, the fun arcade area of Final Fantasy XIV. While this is the only place where MGP can be spent, it is not the only place where players can earn MGP.
New players entering the game who wish to unlock Fenrir will first need to access the Gold Saucer in Final Fantasy XIV. To do this, players must have completed the level 15 main story quest, “The Gridanian Envoy, “”Ul’dahn’s Envoy,” Where “Lominsan’s envoy“, depending on the players starting area. Player characters can talk to the well-heeled youngster at X: 9.6, Y: 9.0 at Ul’dah – Steps from Nald to the Gold Saucer. Once there, they can start farming for Mount Fenrir.
Players can purchase the Fenrir mount from the Gold Saucer Attendant NPC (Prize Claim) for 1,000,000 POP. This frame is one of the most expensive prices FFXIV gamers can get it done with MGP, but, with a little bit of effort and dedication, unlocking Fenrir is less difficult than gamers think.
Grind MGP to unlock Fenrir in Final Fantasy XIV
The easiest way to grow MGP for Mt Fenrir in FFXIV is by completing the weekly challenge logs in the Gold Saucer. Many of these low-effort activities can be completed relatively quickly. For example, playing Lord of Verminion nine times against an AI while AFK will net players 27,000 free MGP.
Wondrous Tails is another easy way to earn MGP while completing game content. Wondrous Tails is a cute RNG-based bingo mini-game that players can participate in by completing certain dungeons, trials or raids. Weekly rewards will often be MGP Gold or Platinum Card, which can be consumed to instantly earn 30,000 or 50,000 MGP, respectively.
Another way to work on the purchase of FFXIV Fenrir Mount is participating in the Moogle Treasure Trove event. Up to Endwalkerthe output of, FFXIV players can earn irregular Tomstones of Lore. Players can purchase MGP Platinum cards for 30 Tomestones each. If the players squeak The Bahamut Binding Coil – Round 2 for an hour, they can earn around 36 Tomstones per hour, depending on the queue. If players repeat this farming method for a total of 20 hours, they will have enough Tome Stones to convert to MGP and purchase the Fenrir mount in Final Fantasy XIV.
