Cyberpunk 2077 Player Discovers Possible Connection With Red Dead Redemption 2

[ad_1]

A Cyberpunk 2077 player discovered a possible connection between the open world RPG and Red Dead Redemption 2, although some players think this is a bit of a stretch. Speaking to Reddit, one player revealed a location in Cyberpunk 2077 which looks a lot like a place in Red Dead Redemption 2. The locations are not identical, but the former certainly seems inspired by the latter.

As you know, nothing in Night City is like nothing Red Dead Redemption 2, but the Badlands have a Red Dead Redemption 2-esq quality for them. And there is a specific place in the Badlands, with a giant boulder, that looks like a place in Red Dead Redemption 2 with a giant boulder.

Of course, if this connection isn’t just a coincidence, it’s nothing more than an Easter egg. The pair of games are not from the same developer and therefore it is impossible for them to share the same universe.

At the time of publication, we are not sure if there is anything to this. Anyway, he shot straight to the top of Cyberpunk 2077 Reddit page, a testament not only to the quality of the discovery, but also to the quality of Red Dead Redemption 2, which remains the most impressive open-world game to date.

Of course, if CD Projekt Red or Rockstar Games or anyone connected to the pair comments on this with any kind of clarification or insight, we’ll be sure to update the story accordingly. Having said that, we don’t expect that to happen.
